Apples in mint syrup

- 1 can 700 ml.
Ingredients
- 6 pcs. apples
- 500 ml water
- 200 G. Sahara
- 2 twigs mint
- 1 tsp citric acid
Instructions
- Wash small apples and mint sprigs thoroughly and dry them with paper towels.
- Place the apples in jars, add mint and citric acid.
- Adjust the intensity of the mint flavor to suit your taste preferences. You can also add more sprigs.
- Pour boiling water over the fruit and let stand for 30-40 minutes.
- Pour the apple-mint syrup into a saucepan and place it on the fire.
- Pour sugar into a jar with fruit and pour hot syrup over it.
- Roll up the dessert, turn the jars upside down and leave them to cool under a blanket.
