Apple charlotte in a frying pan
Ingredients
- 2 pcs large apples
- 3 pcs raw chicken eggs
- 100 gram Sahara (half a glass with a capacity of 250 ml)
- 100 gram wheat flour (half a glass for 250 ml)
- 2/3 teaspoon baking powder
- 60 gram butter
- ground cinnamon to taste
Instructions
- First you need to wash, peel and cut the apples into small pieces.
- Then break three eggs into a bowl, add 2/3 of the total sugar volume and mix everything well until smooth using a whisk or blender.
- Add baking powder to the sifted flour and mix everything together. Then gradually add the flour and baking powder to the egg-sugar mixture, stirring constantly.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat, melt the butter in it and add the remaining sugar, mix everything and heat until a homogeneous mixture appears.
- Then add the chopped apples and cinnamon and fry for about one minute, being careful not to caramelize the sugar. Then pour the batter over the apple mixture, cover the pan with a lid, turn the heat down to low, and fry for about 10 minutes.
- To brown the bottom of the pie, flip it over, placing a flat plate over the pan. Then flip the pan over so the pie is on the plate.
- Transfer it to the pan so that the caramelized apples are on top, cover with a lid and bake on low heat for another 10 minutes.
- After this, remove the pie from the pan, place it on a plate, let it cool slightly and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
