Aspic pie with apples
Ingredients
- 2 pcs. eggs
- 150 G Sahara
- 200 G sour cream
- 100 ml vegetable oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 300 G flour
For the filling
- 4-5 pcs. apples
- 50 G Sahara
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 50 G raisins (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Preparing the dough
- In a deep bowl, beat eggs with sugar until fluffy.
- Add sour cream and vegetable oil, continuing to beat.
- Gradually add flour, mixing the dough until it reaches a uniform consistency.
- Add baking powder and mix thoroughly.
Step 2. Preparing the filling
- Peel the apples, remove the seeds and cut them into thin slices.
- Mix chopped apples with sugar, cinnamon and raisins.
Step 3: Assembly and baking
- Place half of the dough into a baking dish.
- Spread the apple filling evenly over the dough.
- Pour the remaining dough over the filling and smooth the surface.
- Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.
- After baking, let the pie cool slightly, then slice and serve. Enjoy!
