Apple and orange jam for the winter

- 1 kg apples
- 500 G oranges
- 500 G Sahara
- 1 Art. water
The apples need to be peeled and cores removed, cut into pieces and placed in a large saucepan.
You need to peel the oranges, cut the fruit into pieces and place them in a saucepan with the apples.
Add sugar and water, stir.
Bring the contents of the pan to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for about 1.5 hours until the desired consistency is reached.
Once the jam is thick and fragrant, it's time to pour it into jars and seal them tightly.
To achieve a consistency without fruit chunks, puree the fruit in a blender before boiling.
If you want to make the jam less sweet, reduce the amount of sugar to suit your taste.
To preserve sweet desserts, it is best to use sterilized glass jars with lids.
The resulting jam can be stored at room temperature for up to 6 months.
