Peel the garlic and horseradish, rinse the tomatoes under running water, and remove the stems.
Mince all the vegetables. If desired, you can chop them using a food processor or blender.
Wash the apples, dry them and peel them.
Finely grate the fruit and mix it with the vegetable mixture until smooth.
Place the container with horseradish on the heat, reducing it to medium, and bring the mixture to a boil.
Add vinegar, salt, sugar and pepper.
Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Then cool the mixture to room temperature.
Place the spicy snack into jars, seal with metal screw-on or plastic lids, and place the containers in the refrigerator or basement.
You can try the snack in about a month.
