Orange banana apple smoothie

Orange, banana, apple smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 pcs. apples
- 1 pcs. bananas
- 2 pcs. oranges
- 150 ml mineral water
- honey to taste
- cinnamon to taste
Instructions
- Peel the apples, remove the seeds and stems; cut the apples into small pieces.
- Peel the banana and cut it.
- Squeeze the juice out of the oranges (or use ready-made juice).
- Blend the apple and banana with orange juice and mineral water until smooth. You can also add honey and cinnamon to taste.
- Pour the finished smoothie into a glass.
- The smoothie can be garnished with a sprig of mint and a sprinkle of cinnamon. If desired, a wedge of orange, lemon, or lime can be placed on the rim of the glass.
