Cucumber and Apple Smoothie

- 1-2 pcs cucumber about 150 g
- 1 pcs Big Apple preferably green or other sweet and sour
- 150 G cool boiled or mineral water
- 1 tsp honey
Wash vegetables and fruits in cool running water.
Cut a thin layer of skin off the apple and remove the core and seeds.
Cut the apple and cucumber into large cubes and place in a blender bowl.
Grind chopped vegetables and fruits into a mushy mass using a blender.
Add honey and water.
Mix thoroughly until smooth.
Pour the prepared smoothie into glasses and serve.
To give the drink a refined flavor and subtle aroma, you can add chopped lemon balm leaves, mint, kiwi slices, or a few drops of lemon juice. For a more nutritious smoothie, puree and add a few walnuts. When serving, garnish the glass with a lemon wedge or a mint leaf.
