Juice from wild apples for the winter using a juicer

Juice from wild apples for the winter using a juicer
Ingredients
- 4 kg apples
- 4 tbsp Sahara
Instructions
- Wash the apples, peel them, and remove the seeds. Then slice them any way you like and place them in a juicer.
- Pour the resulting juice into an aluminum or enamel saucepan (or other container). Let it sit for 30 minutes until the foam thickens and becomes easier to skim.
- Skim off foam as needed.
- Add sugar and mix thoroughly until it dissolves.
- Place the pan over low heat and stir constantly until it reaches a boil. As soon as bubbles appear, remove from the heat immediately. Don't let it boil; the temperature should remain around 90 degrees Celsius.
- Pour the resulting juice into jars, which must first be sterilized.
- Cover the jars with a towel or something else, then turn them upside down and leave them in this position until they cool completely.
