Apple pancakes with kefir

Apple pancakes with kefir
Ingredients
- 0.5 Art. kefir
- 0.5 Art. flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pcs. sour apple
- 1 pcs. eggs
- 1 tbsp Sahara
- 1/3 tsp soda
- 5 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Let's prepare all the ingredients.

- How to make apple pancakes with kefir? Making fluffy pancakes is very simple: first, add baking soda to the kefir, stir, and let it rise. It's best to use less-than-fresh kefir, as this will make the pancakes even fluffier and more delicious.

- In a separate bowl, mix the egg, salt and sugar with a fork.

- Pour the swollen kefir into the resulting mixture. Mix again.

- Then sift the flour into the liquid mixture and knead into a binding dough. It should be thicker in consistency than sour cream.

- Peel and core the apple. Cut the fruit into small cubes.

- Add apples to the dough and mix.

- Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil. Form the dough into pancakes. Fry them on both sides until golden brown. Serve with honey or jam.

I love baked goods in general, and I love baked goods with apples no less. It's so delicious, I've tried baking like that. It's the apples that soften them, they release their juices... mmmm. It's so delicious.
These pancakes turn out delicious. I've made similar ones before, but with a baked topping: a spoonful of batter on the pan, apples on top, then more batter and flip. But that's more work than your recipe. And I always eyeball the batter, whereas this recipe is simple. Thank you.
And now an idea has come to mind: what if we bake these pancakes not in a frying pan, but in the oven in a small muffin tin?
I really love pastries and various pancakes for breakfast. With the addition of apples, they turn out very tender and soft. My husband and child eat them with great pleasure, which means they're definitely delicious.
