A simple recipe for pancakes with grated apples
There are many variations of pancake batter: kefir, whey, water, etc. In this article, we'll look at making pancakes with milk, using one of the most delicious fillings—apples.

- 2-3 pcs. apples
- 3 pcs. eggs
- 500 ml milk preferably warm
- 250-300 G flour
- 30-40 ml sunflower oil
- 1/2 tsp salt

Beat chicken eggs and sugar.
Add 200 ml of milk and flour. Add half, not all at first. Stir until there are no lumps.
Peel the apple. Grate it on a fine or medium grater. Add to the mixture and stir.
Add the remaining milk. Stir. Now your task is to bring the dough to the consistency of liquid sour cream. Add flour little by little and mix thoroughly until you achieve the desired consistency—flowing but viscous.
Add salt and sunflower oil, mix.
Now it's ready to fry! Ladle the batter into the pan, forming a round pancake. Brown it on one side, then flip it over to brown the other side.
Done! You can also serve condensed milk, jam, syrups, etc.
Cooking tips:
1) It is desirable that all ingredients are at room temperature.
2) Let the dough rest for at least 15–20 minutes; this will allow the dough to become more elastic.
3) It's important to choose the right frying pan. It's best to choose one with a thick bottom and low sides.
