Apple muffins in tins in the oven
Equipment
- muffin tins
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 200 G Sahara
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 200 G flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 150 G soft butter
- 2 apples
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Beat eggs with regular and vanilla sugar until snow-white foam forms.
- Add flour and baking powder, mix until smooth.
- Beat the soft butter until foamy and add it to the main mixture.
- Peel the apples, remove the core and cut them into small pieces.
- In a separate bowl, mix apples and cinnamon.
- Place a small portion of the main mixture on the bottom of the muffin tins, then add the apple and cinnamon mixture, and a little more of the main mixture on top, up to ¾ of the tin.
- Bake the cupcakes in the oven at 180 degrees for 20–25 minutes until golden brown on top.
Note
- To prepare a successful dough, use room temperature eggs of category C1 or C0.
- Before adding the apples to the molds, they should be dipped in flour, so that they do not sink into the dough and retain their shape and even contours.
- Do not overbake the muffins in the oven, as this can make them dry and tough.
- Cupcakes can be decorated with whipped cream or a little caramel.
