Wash and peel the apples. Remove the pits. Cut into small cubes.
Divide the chocolate into small pieces or use a special product in the form of circles.
Grind the nuts using a blender or rolling pin.
Melt the butter (margarine). Pour into a bowl.
Start beating at low speed, gradually adding sugar and salt.
Without stopping mixing and slightly increasing the speed, add one egg at a time. Pour in the vanilla sugar.
Sift flour into a separate container along with baking powder.
Reduce the speed to low. Gradually whisk the flour into the egg-butter mixture.
Add apples, nuts, chocolate. Stir.
Grease the pan with butter and sprinkle with flour.
Pour the dough into it. It will turn out thick.
Preheat oven to 180°C. Place the cake in it.
Bake for 30–40 minutes. Check for doneness with a wooden skewer.
After it has cooled completely, remove the cake from the pan and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
