Apple, Chicken, and Celery Salad
This apple, chicken, and celery salad is super easy to make, low in calories, and incredibly healthy. It's tender and very nutritious.

- 400 G chicken fillet
- 5 pcs. apples
- 4 stem celery
- By to taste lemon juice
- By to taste sour cream
- By to taste salt
- By to taste ground black pepper
Take the chicken fillet out in advance; if it is frozen, let it thaw.
Once it's thawed, place a pot of water on the stove, bring it to a boil, and add the meat. Cook until fully cooked. Add a teaspoon of salt to the broth.
Afterwards, take out the fillet and leave to cool, then chop into small pieces.
Take the celery and wash it, dry it and chop it finely.
Now take the apples, wash them, peel them and cut them into slices.
Mix all ingredients in one container and add lemon juice.
Season the salad with sour cream and mix.
