Amazing squid and apple salad
Ingredients
- 1 pcs. squid
- 1 pcs. sour, hard apples (small)
- 2 pcs. chicken eggs
- 30 G onions
- 2-3 tbsp mayonnaise
- By to taste salt
- By to taste pepper
- By desire lemon and herbs
Instructions
- To prepare the salad, prepare the ingredients according to the list and get started.
- Hard-boil the eggs. Place them in a saucepan of cold water, place them on the stove, and, once boiling, cook for about 10 minutes, then cool in cold water.
- While the eggs are cooking, prepare the squid. Bring water to a boil. Lightly salt it. Drop the squid into the boiling water. Stir until the water returns to a boil. Remove the squid from the boiling water with a slotted spoon and rinse with cold water. Scrape off any remaining debris with a knife and scoop out the insides.
- Peel and core the apple. Cut into small cubes. To prevent the apple cubes from browning, it's a good idea to sprinkle them with lemon juice.
- Chop the onion as finely as possible.
- Peel and chop the boiled eggs. Cut the squid into large cubes.
- Place all ingredients in a bowl, add salt and ground pepper. Season with mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.
- Garnish with herbs and lemon wedges if desired.
