Lavash strudel with apples

- 1 pcs. Armenian lavash
- 1 pcs. egg
- 2 pcs. green apples
- 1 tbsp Sahara
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 70 G butter

- How to make lavash strudel? To make this delicious dessert, first wash and core the apples. You can also peel the fruit if desired. Then cut the apples into cubes.

- Then melt the butter in a frying pan.

- We grease the lavash completely on one side with this melted butter.

- Add the apples to the remaining oil. Add sugar and cinnamon. Simmer the apples, covered, for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook until the apples are soft.

- Spread the prepared apples over the lavash, leaving the edges free.

- First, fold the edges of the lavash toward the center. Then fold the top over and roll the lavash into a roll.

- Place the strudel in a greased baking dish. Brush the top with beaten egg yolk.

- To make it look nice, decorate the strudel with cinnamon and bake it at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes, until golden brown.
