Celery and Apple Smoothie

Apple and Celery Smoothie
Ingredients
- 3 pcs celery stalk
- 2 pcs apples
- 100 G mineral water without gas
Instructions
- Wash and dry celery stalks and apples.
- Halve the apples, core them, and cut into cubes or slices. You can peel them or leave them on—it's up to you. You can use either green or red apples.
- Blend in a blender until puree.
- Cut the celery stalks into pieces; you can peel the skin off the stalks beforehand.
- Add celery to the applesauce and blend again.
- Add still mineral water to the finished puree. Blend.
- Pour the finished smoothie into a glass, garnishing with a sprig of mint or an apple slice.
