- 350 ml milk
- 1 tsp honey
Prepare all ingredients.
Wash, peel, and core the apples. Cut into random pieces.
Peel the banana and break into pieces.
Peel the kiwi and cut into slices.Most people eat kiwis without the skin, but it's best to eat the fruit with the skin on. The skin contains many antioxidants. Place all the fruits into a blender container.
Add room temperature milk (or other liquid base) and a tablespoon of honey.
