Pancakes with apples
Apple pancakes are a wonderful way to treat yourself and your loved ones to a delicious and flavorful breakfast. This dish is perfect for both kids and adults, and it doesn't take much time to prepare.

Ingredients
- 1 pcs egg
- 2 tablespoons Sahara
- 240 gram flour
- 250 ml milk
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 pcs. apples
Instructions
- First, you need to prepare all the necessary ingredients. The process will be much easier if you sift the flour beforehand. This will make the dough lighter and fluffier.
- In a large bowl, combine the egg and sugar and whisk gently until smooth.
- Add vegetable oil and milk to the egg mixture and mix thoroughly again.
- Slowly add the sifted flour to the egg-milk mixture, stirring constantly. You may need slightly more or less flour, depending on the desired dough consistency.
- Then add the baking soda and check the consistency of the batter. It should be thick enough but still flow off the spoon.
- Wash and dry the apples thoroughly. You can peel the skin if you like, but it's not necessary. Core the apples and chop them into small pieces. You can also use a grater.
- Add chopped or grated apples to the prepared dough and mix gently.
- Preheat a nonstick frying pan over medium heat. Spoon batter into the center of the pan and cook the pancakes for about a minute on each side, until they're golden brown.
- Serve the finished pancakes with sour cream, condensed milk, maple syrup, or any jam of your choice. Enjoy!
Note
- It is recommended to use ingredients at room temperature, as this will help them combine better in the dough.
- It's best to choose sweet and tart apples. The more you add to the batter, the tastier the pancakes will be.
- It is acceptable to use kefir instead of milk.
- You can also add cinnamon to pancakes. Just sprinkle it into the batter along with the apples, and the pancakes will acquire an even more pleasant aroma.
