Prepare a deep bowl, sift the flour, add cinnamon (a spoon) and chilled butter.
Then add the oatmeal and mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
Next, rub all the ingredients together with your fingers until fine crumbs form.
Peel the apples after washing them thoroughly, and then cut them into small cubes.
Take a heat-resistant container and grease its sides with butter. First, place the diced apples in the bottom and dust them with cinnamon and sugar.
Sprinkle the crushed oat mixture over the fruit. The oatmeal and flour layer will make the apples tender and very juicy.
Press the mixture firmly with a spoon. Place the container in the oven, preheated to 190°C. The crumble will be ready in approximately 20–25 minutes.
The finished dish can be served either chilled or warm.
