Dough
- 480 G flour
- 100 ml milk
- 100 ml water
- 1 pcs. eggs
- 8 G yeast
- 60 G Sahara
- By to taste vanillin
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Filling
- 500 G apples
- 60 G butter
- 3-4 tbsp Sahara
Instructions
- First, you need to prepare the dough itself. To do this, pour the yeast into warm milk, mix it and leave it for 5 minutes.
- Add all dry ingredients, egg and sift flour.
- Finally, the dough needs to be greased with vegetable oil to make it easier to mold.
- After kneading, the dough should rest for 1.5–2 hours.
- The filling is easy to prepare: apples are cut into small pieces and filled with melted butter and sugar.
- The finished dough must be divided into 2 parts and each of them into 6-7 portions, so that one ball weighs approximately 70 grams.
- Place the filling in the middle and pinch the edges together, then place the bun on a baking sheet, forming it into a triangle.

- Use a knife to make small cuts along the edges to form leaves.

- Bake the “leaves” at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
