Heat the milk in the microwave or in a double boiler to 30–35 degrees Celsius (it shouldn't be cold). Dissolve the yeast in it.
In another bowl, combine the egg, salt, and sugar. Mix thoroughly. Add to the milk. Let sit for 5–10 minutes.
Sift the flour. Add it to the liquid mixture in two or three additions, mixing thoroughly each time. Knead the dough.
Melt the butter until semi-liquid, then add it to the dough along with the sunflower oil. Mix thoroughly again.
Cover the bowl with a plastic bag and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
Now it's time to prepare the filling. For this, peel the apples and cut them into small pieces. Add sugar and mix.
After this, you need to place the plate with apples in the microwave for 3-4 minutes at 500 watts.
After the time has elapsed, add vanilla and cinnamon to the apples. Stir.
Once the dough has risen, divide it into portions weighing approximately 60 grams. Roll each dough ball into a round flatbread and spoon the filling onto it. Each ball should hold approximately 1 tablespoon of filling.
Pinch the edges together starting from the middle and place on a baking sheet with the seam down.
Leave under a towel for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Bake the pies for 20 minutes.
