Take the pre-prepared vegetables and wash them well in warm water, then dry them with paper towels.
Wash the fruit, quarter it, and core it. If the apples are small, you can leave them whole.
Then peel the garlic.
Prepare clean, pre-sterilized jars and place spices and garlic cloves in them.
Then carefully tamp down the tomatoes and apples, carefully alternating them.
Boil the required amount of water and pour it into a container, let it steep for a while.
Then pour this water into a saucepan, add salt, sugar, and vinegar, and bring to a boil again. It's recommended to use a milder vinegar; if you're using table vinegar, dilute it with water in a 2:1 ratio.
Pour water into jars and close with lids.
Leave it in a warm place for 24 hours, after which you can put it away for winter storage.
