- 1 celery stalk (purified)
- 1 apple (green)
- 1 carrot (medium size)
- 50 G lettuce leaves (a small cup with a slide)
- 2 tbsp natural yogurt (no additives)
- lemon juice (to taste)
Prepare the ingredients: wash the carrots, celery and apple, then dry them.
Cut the celery stalk into small pieces.
Grate the carrots on a fine grater.
Cut the apple into thin strips or small cubes, after peeling off the tough skin and removing the core.
Place the prepared ingredients in a bowl and add lemon juice (it will prevent the ingredients from darkening and will add a piquant sourness to the dish).
Dress the salad with yogurt.
Spread the resulting mixture on lettuce leaves. This will add volume to the dish and highlight its distinctive flavor.
Use sweet and sour fruits for the salad (Granny Smith, Simirenko).
The ingredients of the dish do not require heat treatment, which speeds up the process of creating a “vitamin bomb”.
