Beetroot, carrot, and apple salad
Apples, beets, and carrots are always readily available on store shelves. - 1 beet
- 1 apple
- 1 carrot
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- pepper (to taste)
- salt (to taste)
Prepare all the products from the list.
Boil the beets, peel and grate on a fine grater.
Repeat the same steps with the apple and carrot.
Mix vegetables and fruits in a bowl and top with Greek yogurt, seasoning to taste.
