Fresh salad with chicken and apples
Ingredients
- 200 G chicken fillet
- 1 apple
- 3 chicken eggs
- 150 G hard cheese
- 100 G mayonnaise
- salt (to taste)
- green (for decoration)
Instructions
- Prepare the necessary products.
- Rinse the chicken fillet, place it in a pan of water, and bring to a boil. Once the broth comes to a boil, add salt to taste. Cook the chicken for no more than ten minutes.
- After cooking, let the fillet cool, then cut it into small pieces and place them in a bowl. Add one tablespoon of mayonnaise and mix thoroughly to ensure the sauce reaches every section of meat.
- Boil the eggs ahead of time, cool, and peel them. Carefully separate the whites from the yolks. Finely grate the yolks. Mix them separately with 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise in a bowl. You'll need the whites at the end of cooking.
- Peel the apple. Cut it in half, removing the core. Grate the core using a large or medium-sized grater. Then mix the apple mixture with 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise.
- Grate the hard cheese. In a separate bowl, combine the grated cheese with one tablespoon of mayonnaise sauce.
- You'll end up with four bowls of various ingredients mixed with mayonnaise. Next, begin forming the salad, layering it. Use a salad ring for this. First, add a layer of chicken fillet, then top with apple slices.
- Then brush the salad with a soft layer of yolks.
- The next layer consists of a cheese mixture.
- After laying out all the rows, sprinkle the salad with mashed egg whites and place fresh herbs on top.
Note
Before chopping the chicken fillet, first remove the skin.
