Apple and Banana Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 pcs. apples
- 2 pcs. bananas
- 100 ml milk
- 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Wash and peel the fruit.
- Cut out the cores of the apples and cut the fruit into small pieces.
- Cut the bananas into slices.
- Place apples in a blender bowl and blend until puree.
- Add the remaining ingredients. Beat until smooth.
- Pour the finished smoothie into glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
Note
- For preparation, you can use drinking yogurt or any fermented milk drink.
- Freezing bananas beforehand will create a cold smoothie with a creamy texture.
- To enhance the nutritional value of the drink, add a couple of spoons of oatmeal or any other cereal and a small handful of your favorite nuts.
- During Lent, prepare this delicious and healthy smoothie with fruit juice or plant-based milk.
- When serving, use fresh berries or mint leaves for garnish.
