Dried apples
Ingredients
- 3 pcs. apples
- 1/4 glass Sahara
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Let's prepare all the ingredients

- First, wash the apples very thoroughly (you can use a special cleaner or baking soda). Cut them in half and remove the core. Next, cut them into slices about 5 mm wide.

- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.

- Place the apples in a small saucepan and add the prepared sugar. Mix everything together and cover with a plate slightly smaller in diameter than the saucepan. Place a weight on top and refrigerate the blocks for 24 hours.

- After the time has passed, drain the resulting juice and place the apples on a baking sheet greased with a drop of oil or lined with parchment paper.

- Place the baking sheet in the oven for 4 hours. Cook for the first 2 hours at 45 degrees Celsius, then crack the door and cook at 65 degrees Celsius.
