Apples fried in caramel in a frying pan
Ingredients
- 2 pcs. apples
- 20 G butter
- 1/4 glass Sahara

- Let's prepare the ingredients

- How to make caramelized apples: First, wash the apples thoroughly, peel them, and core them.

- Next, cut them into slices at least 5 mm wide. Slices that are too small may fall apart, and those that are too large won't bake through.

- Transfer the apples to a plate and sprinkle with sugar. Mix thoroughly until each apple is coated.

- Melt the butter in a frying pan.

- Place the sugar-coated apples in the melted butter and fry them until soft and caramelized on both sides. They should be golden brown.

- Remove the apples from the pan and let them cool. Serve them with tea, your favorite berries, or ice cream.
