Puff pastry pies with apples
Puff pastry apple pies are a delicious and healthy dessert that can be quickly made using store-bought puff pastry. These pastries require only a few ingredients and time. Even a novice cook can bake delicious apple puffs using this recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 kg ready-made yeast puff pastry
- 5-7 pcs medium-sized apples
- 1 pcs egg
- 30-40 gram Sahara
- 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon
- powdered sugar
Instructions
- Store-bought ready-made yeast dough should be removed from the refrigerator and defrosted as directed.
- While the dough is thawing, you can prepare the filling. To do this, wash the apples, peel them, core them, and cut them into small cubes.
- Roll out the thawed dough with a rolling pin to a thickness of 0.5 cm and cut into squares with sides of 12–15 cm. Moisten the edges of each square with water using a silicone brush.
- Place a full tablespoon of apple filling in the center of each square and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
- Connect the edges of the squares together to form an envelope.
- Break the egg, separating the yolk from the white, and beat the yolk until smooth.
- Brush the finished pies with egg yolk using a silicone brush and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
- Bake the apple puff pastries for 50 minutes. They will rise and become golden brown during baking. Once done, remove from the oven, place on a large, flat plate, cool slightly, and dust with powdered sugar.
