  • 1 pcs. apples
  • 2/3 tbsp Sahara
  • 1 tsp decoys
  • 1 G lemon juice
  • 2 G vanillin
  • 0.5 glass water

Instructions

  • Let's prepare the ingredients
  • Wash the apples thoroughly, peel them and remove the cores.
  • Cut the apples into small cubes so that they cook faster.
  • Place the apples in a thick-bottomed saucepan, cover with water and simmer over low heat until the apples are completely soft.
  • Place the cooked apples in a blender. Add sugar and vanilla and puree thoroughly.
  • Transfer the finished puree to a saucepan and add the semolina. Place the saucepan over low heat. Cook, stirring constantly, for about 6-8 minutes.
  • Transfer the finished mousse back to the blender and cool it in a bowl of cold water. Beat everything very quickly using a whisk and blender.

Note

The mousse can be served as a standalone dessert or with cookies. This mousse is sometimes made with gelatin, but it's the semolina mousse that makes it so airy and delicate. Enjoy your tea!
