Apple mousse
Ingredients
- 1 pcs. apples
- 2/3 tbsp Sahara
- 1 tsp decoys
- 1 G lemon juice
- 2 G vanillin
- 0.5 glass water
Instructions
- Let's prepare the ingredients

- Wash the apples thoroughly, peel them and remove the cores.

- Cut the apples into small cubes so that they cook faster.

- Place the apples in a thick-bottomed saucepan, cover with water and simmer over low heat until the apples are completely soft.

- Place the cooked apples in a blender. Add sugar and vanilla and puree thoroughly.

- Transfer the finished puree to a saucepan and add the semolina. Place the saucepan over low heat. Cook, stirring constantly, for about 6-8 minutes.

- Transfer the finished mousse back to the blender and cool it in a bowl of cold water. Beat everything very quickly using a whisk and blender.
