Apple pancakes

Apple pancakes
Ingredients
- 2 pcs. green apples preferably sour
- 1-2 tbsp Sahara
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 pcs. egg
- 4 tbsp wheat flour
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Wash the apples thoroughly, peel them, and remove the cores. Then grate the apples using a coarse grater in a convenient bowl.

- Break the egg into the apples, add flour, sugar and cinnamon.

- Mix everything with your hands and drain off excess water if necessary.

- Cook the apple pancakes in a frying pan. Heat the pan with vegetable oil and drop in the oval-shaped pancakes, one tablespoon at a time. Fry them for 1.5 minutes on each side.

- Then flip the pancakes and fry for another 1.5 minutes until golden brown. Place the finished dessert on paper towels to absorb excess oil.

- Serve the finished potato pancakes hot with flower honey.

Comments
I've never tried making potato pancakes with apples, so I decided to give this a try. They turned out beautifully, and it took me about 40 minutes to make them, since I had to knead a lot of them. They're probably not perfect for every day, but they're perfect for treating your loved ones on the weekend.
