How to make apple soufflé

Apple soufflé
Ingredients
- 1 pcs. Big Apple
- 3-4 tbsp biscuit
- 2 pcs. eggs
- 2 tbsp Sahara
- 1 tsp butter
Instructions
- Prepare all the ingredients

- Wash the apple and peel it completely.

- Slice the apples into thin wedges, place them in a microwave-safe bowl, and add 4 tablespoons of water. Microwave them for 6-7 minutes at maximum power.

- Place the finished apples in a blender bowl and puree them together with half of the sugar.

- Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the whites with the remaining sugar until they form a white, very fluffy foam.

- Prepare the molds by greasing them with butter and filling the bottom with the sponge cake.

- Using a spoon, gently fold the applesauce into the whipped egg whites from the bottom up.

- Mix thoroughly and carefully and spread into molds up to the edges on top of the biscuit.

- Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes. It's best to serve the apple soufflé in molds, but you can also serve it without them, as the dessert won't stick and can be easily removed.
