Baked apples with cottage cheese

Apples baked with cottage cheese in the oven
Ingredients
- 2 pcs. green apples
- 90 G low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 a handful raisins
- 2 tbsp Sahara
- 1 pinch cinnamon and vanillin
- 1 tsp honey as desired
Instructions
- Soak the raisins in hot water and set aside for now. Crack the egg and add it to the cottage cheese. Add the cinnamon, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Mix everything thoroughly with a fork.

- Rinse the apples thoroughly under running water and cut off the tops. Remove the core and almost all of the insides. Form the apples into cups.

- Sort the raisins, drain them, and add them to the curd mixture. Mix everything together.

- Spread the filling into the prepared apples and transfer them to a baking dish. Bake the apples and cottage cheese in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.

- Drizzle the finished dessert with liquid honey and decorate with walnuts.

I tried making apples this way, and it turned out incredibly delicious. But I made them without cottage cheese, just drizzled them with honey, and it was also delicious…
