Apple Sorbet Recipe

Apple sorbet
Ingredients
- 4 pcs. sweet apples
- 1/3 glass Sahara
- 1/4 glass water
- 1.5 tbsp lemon juice

- Let's prepare all the ingredients

- First, let's make the syrup. Combine the sugar and water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook, stirring, until the sugar is completely dissolved, then let cool.

- Wash the apples thoroughly, peel them and remove the core.

- Cut the fruit into small cubes.

- Place the apples in a blender, pour in the syrup, and add the lemon juice. Puree the apples on full power until smooth.

- Pour the resulting mixture into a plastic container and place it in the freezer for 4 hours. Stir the mixture every hour.
