Apples with cottage cheese in the microwave

Baked apples with cottage cheese are a delicious and healthy dessert that can be made in the microwave in 10 minutes. The dish is delicious and filling. The fruit becomes soft and retains its shape. The combination of apple pulp and sweet cottage cheese filling is simply amazing.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pcs large apples
  • 100 gram cottage cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Sahara

Instructions
 

  • Wash the apples thoroughly, cut off the tops and carefully remove the core, without piercing the fruit all the way through.
  • In a small bowl, mix the cottage cheese and sugar until smooth. If the cottage cheese is too dry, you can add a little milk or cream.
  • Place the fruit on a microwave-safe plate, fill each fruit with the curd filling, and seal with the cut-off top. Cover with a microwave-safe lid with a steam vent.
  • Cook apples on high power for 5-7 minutes or until soft inside.
  • Remove the finished fruits from the microwave, let them cool slightly (2-3 minutes) and enjoy.

Note

If desired, add vanilla, cinnamon, nuts, or raisins (pre-soaked in boiling water for 5-10 minutes) to the filling. If you don't like sweets, you can substitute the sugar with flower honey.
