Apples in batter in a frying pan

- 150 ml milk
- 1 chicken egg
- 1 tsp Sahara
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 120 G flour
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 4 large apples
- 50 ml vegetable oil
Warm the milk slightly, but do not bring it to a boil, and mix it in a deep bowl with the eggs and sugar.
Add the pre-sifted flour, baking powder and cinnamon to the egg-milk mixture.
Mix the dough thoroughly until it reaches the desired consistency, which should be similar to thick sour cream.
Rinse the apples under running water and peel them.
Cut the fruit into rings and remove the core.
Heat a frying pan and add vegetable oil to it.
Dip each ring in the batter and fry on both sides.
