Lavash with cottage cheese and apples in the oven
Ingredients
- 4 apples
- 70 G butter
- 150 G Sahara
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- 350 G cottage cheese
- 1 pita
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Place butter in a frying pan and melt it together with sugar (100 g). Once the caramel has formed, add peeled apples, cut into small cubes.
- Add lemon zest (1 teaspoon) and simmer over medium heat until the mixture comes to a boil. Add cinnamon, stir, and then transfer the mixture to a baking sheet.
- Mix the cottage cheese thoroughly with granulated sugar (50 g), the remaining lemon zest and the egg.
- Lay out one sheet of lavash on the table and spread the curd mixture evenly over it. Roll it into a log and cut into equal-sized cylinders.
- Place the lavash slices on the prepared apple mixture and brush the surface with beaten egg. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
- Serve the dish with tea or compote.
