Apple chips

Homemade apple chips
Ingredients
- 2 pcs. small sweet and sour apples
- 1 tsp cinnamon incomplete
- 0.5 tsp natural vanilla sugar
- 1 sheet parchment paper
Instructions
- First, wash the apples thoroughly and remove the stems.

- Next, take a fine-grater and grate the apple into circles. If you don't have a fine-grater, you can simply slice the apples thinly with a sharp knife.

- Place the sliced apples in cold water and then pat each one dry with a paper towel. This will prevent the chips from sticking to the parchment.

- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the apples on it. Sprinkle each one with cinnamon and vanilla sugar.

- Apple chips are baked in the oven using fan-assisted mode or with the door slightly ajar. Preheat the oven to 120°C (250°F), then lower the oven temperature to 90°C (194°F). Cook until crispy, about 1 hour.
