Apple marmalade
A simple and easy-to-make recipe for apple marmalade with gelatin. Made with readily available and common ingredients, the dessert results in an incredibly delicious treat that will delight both adults and children.
Ingredients
- 2 slightly sour apples
- 2 tbsp Sahara with a slide
- 10 G gelatin
- 120 ml water
Instructions
- First, pour 90 ml of cold boiled water over the gelatin. Let it swell for 20-30 minutes.
- Next, peel and core the apples completely. Then grate the fruit using a coarse grater.
- Place the apples in a heavy-bottomed saucepan. Add all the sugar and 4 tablespoons of boiled water. Simmer the apples until soft and smooth, covered, stirring occasionally. Add more water during cooking if needed. Remove the cooked apples from the heat and puree them with a blender or masher.
- Continue preparing the gelatin according to the instructions. Add another 120 ml of hot boiled water and dissolve all the granules completely. Add the applesauce to the resulting liquid and mix everything together.
- Pass the resulting mixture through a sieve. This process can be skipped if desired.
- Take any convenient molds and grease them with vegetable oil. Pour everything into the molds and refrigerate until completely set.
- In 3-4 hours the marmalades will be ready.
